Therapeutic Approach

The way in which we work together is a co-creation. It will always be adapted to your needs and your pace.

Although we will mostly be talking, I may suggest meditations, guided visualisations, drawing or other creative techniques to support your growing awareness and understanding of yourself.

There is much wisdom in our body sensations, dreams, imagination, and the archetypes that help us make sense of the world. I work with all these aspects as they show up for you in your unique way, holding space and unconditional empathy for all of your being.

I believe that cultivating our intuition supports healing. It may take some practice, as the demands of everyday life create a lot noise in our minds. But I have also seen the relief that comes when we manage to reach a quiet place within, where we can once again hear the voice that knows who we truly are.

Transpersonal Psychology

I practice transpersonal psychology, which means that I see my clients as both human beings and spiritual beings.

In other words, we have a body, thoughts, and feelings, which make up our human existence.

But we also have an innate capacity for an expansive sense of meaning, purpose, and belonging to the greater whole, where all living beings are interconnected.

Spiritual, here, is not intended in the religious sense. Transpersonal - or spiritual - psychology holds that we all have an infinite potential to connect deeply and joyfully with Life.

To feel awe and connection with others, nature and universal consciousness.
